Four Pathways Mental Health is an integrative psychiatric practice based in Chandler, Arizona, offering telehealth and in-office psychiatric services, wellness programs, educational webinars, and community health events. Clinical services are provided by a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in accordance with applicable Arizona state and federal law.
2. Not a Crisis or Emergency Service
Our website, programs, and webinars are not crisis intervention services. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not rely on this website or any of our programs for emergency support.
3. No Clinical Relationship for Non-Clinical Offerings
Participation in our educational programs, webinars, or wellness events does not establish a provider-patient relationship. Content shared in these offerings is for general educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual clinical services are governed by a separate provider-patient agreement and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
4. Eligibility
By using our website or registering for any offering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our educational programs and webinars are intended for adult audiences.
5. Registration and Account Information
When you register for a program, webinar, or consultation, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity associated with your registration. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Webinars
All webinar sales are final and non-refundable. Certain webinars, educational programs, and events may be recorded and made available for replay or educational purposes. By participating, you acknowledge that your attendance may be included in such recordings. Participants should avoid sharing personal medical or health information during group discussions or live events.
Wellness Programs
Refund eligibility varies by program and is disclosed at the time of purchase. Please review the specific program terms prior to registering. In general, refund requests submitted before the program start date may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued once program access has been granted or the program has begun.
Clinical Appointment Cancellations
Appointment cancellation and no-show policies for clinical services are governed separately by your clinical services agreement, provided during intake.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our programs and webinars, including but not limited to text, graphics, video, audio, course materials, and educational resources, is the property of Four Pathways Mental Health or its licensed content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Four Pathways Mental Health. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.
