Partners in Care
Built from Experience, Guided by Empathy
Welcome!
Heather Bradley, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and the founder of Four Pathways Mental Health. Her work blends evidence-based psychiatric care with integrative, whole-person approaches to support balance across mind, body, and daily life.
Grounded in professional training and personal insight, Heather brings authenticity, empathy, and curiosity into her work. Having navigated mood changes, chronic illness, and identity exploration, she understands how meaningful it is to feel genuinely heard and respected in care.
Her mission is to create a compassionate, steady space where people can heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves, in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with who they are.
The Journey
For many years, Heather moved through shifting diagnoses, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood instability, without ever feeling fully understood. Receiving a bipolar II diagnosis in her 30s brought clarity and self-compassion, and deepened her respect for how nuanced and individualized mental health truly is.
Her medical journey also began early and unfolded over time. Living with chronic illness, persistent fatigue, and fluctuating physical symptoms taught her how interconnected the mind and body are, and how often people are asked to carry complex health experiences without adequate support. These experiences continue to shape how she approaches care, with patience, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique context.
Alongside this, Heather’s personal path has been one of authenticity and self-acceptance. Growing up in a small town and later building a life that more fully reflects her identity, she understands what it means to feel different, to question where you belong, and to learn how to live more openly. She brings that same openness into her practice, creating a space where individuality is welcomed and complexity is met with care.
Beyond the Practice
Outside of her clinical work, Heather finds renewal through travel and exploring new cultures, histories, and cuisines. When home in Arizona, she enjoys time outdoors, hiking, paddleboarding, or camping with her two kids. Creative projects and the occasional fantasy audiobook offer space to recharge and keep joy woven into everyday life.
Humor, curiosity, and a sense of adventure guide Heather’s life as much as her practice, reflecting a belief that growth and healing are supported not only through insight, but also through connection, creativity, and moments of genuine enjoyment.

My Favorite Quote
From the moment I fell down that rabbit hole I’ve been told where I must go and who i must be. I’ve been shrunk, stretched, scratched, and stuffed into a teapot. I’ve been accused of being Alice and of not being Alice but this is my dream. I’ll decide where it goes from here.

Jill – Office Manager
Every great practice has someone behind the scenes keeping things grounded, and for Four Pathways, that person is Jill. With years of experience leading and managing businesses, she brings organization, steadiness, and genuine care to everything she does. Jill is often the first friendly voice clients hear, helping them feel supported from the moment they reach out.
Her work is also shaped by personal insight. Having navigated her own chronic health challenges, Jill understands how important it is to feel seen, heard, and believed in the healing process. That empathy shows up in every interaction and helps create a practice that feels more like a community than a clinic.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time outdoors paddleboarding, traveling with her family, and exploring the open road on her Harley. She also shares her days with Keeva, her loyal service dog, who brings warmth, calm, and plenty of smiles to those around her.
The Power of Four
At Four Pathways, our name reflects four interconnected dimensions of well-being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. When these areas are in alignment, care can move beyond symptom management toward deeper understanding and meaningful change.
These pathways serve as guiding pillars, helping shape care plans that are thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in the full context of each person’s life.
